Is the Booking Fee Refundable if I Cancel or Reschedule?

The $20 booking fee is non-refundable, but we do apply it toward your final repair cost if the service is completed. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask for as much notice as possible so we can adjust our technician’s route accordingly. If you reschedule your repair and complete it within 5 days of the original appointment, your booking fee will still count toward the total.


If you cancel and don’t reschedule within that timeframe, the fee will be forfeited. This policy helps us keep things running smoothly and ensures our technicians aren’t traveling unnecessarily. For full details, you can read our cancellation policy here.
