Not much prep is needed, but a clear space and access to your device help. Here’s how to get ready for your Summit Phone Repair on-site appointment.
There’s not much you need to do before your on-site repair, but a few small steps can help everything go smoothly. Please make sure someone is available at the time of your appointment and that we have easy access to the device needing repair. A clean, well-lit space like a kitchen counter or table is perfect for us to work on and easy access to an electrical outlet. If the device has a passcode, we may need it temporarily to test things before and after the repair — but don’t worry, we’ll ask before doing anything.
