Just had a repair? Here’s how to care for your device afterward and what to expect — plus how to reach us if you need anything.
Once your repair is complete, we want to make sure your device stays in great shape. If you had a screen or battery replaced, try to avoid exposing your phone to extreme heat or cold for the first 24 hours. This helps any adhesives or seals fully settle. For screen repairs, we also recommend using a screen protector and case moving forward — especially if one was removed or replaced during the repair.
You might notice your phone asks to update software or re-calibrate battery usage shortly after a battery replacement. That’s normal and nothing to worry about. If something feels off, give it a full power cycle or charge cycle and monitor for improvement.
