What If I Miss My On-Site Appointment?
Missed your on-site repair appointment? Don’t worry — here’s what happens next and how to reschedule with Summit Phone Repair.
We understand that things happen. If you miss your scheduled on-site appointment, just reach out as soon as you can by calling or texting us at 816-427-0142. We’ll do our best to reschedule you for the next available time that works for your location. Please note that the $20 booking fee is non-refundable, but it will still be applied to your rescheduled repair if completed within 5 days of the original appointment. For repairs rescheduled beyond this timeframe, we will require a new booking fee on a new appointment.
If we arrive at your location and you’re unavailable or unresponsive, we may need to mark the appointment as a no-show, and the booking fee will be forfeited. Communication is key, so just let us know if you're running behind or need to make changes — we’re here to help.
